The open-plan dining space and kitchen is a beauty to behold, thanks to its full range of modern appliances, as well as a huge wooden dining table that seats up to 10 people, whilst the adjacent poolside sala is perfect for al fresco feasting and relaxation.

The villa comes with a choice of water-sports equipment, including kayaks and paddle boards. The view from all rooms is unbeatable, while the-attentive in-house staff and chef means all your needs are taken care of. Plus, each guest room offers a private balcony or deck if you need to take some time away from the rest of the group or if you don't fancy sunbathing communally.

This property is spread across three levels, it may not be suitable for elderly or young children.

Bedrooms: All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned only.

Pool Area: 6.1m x 17.35m x 1.6m Infinity pool with shallow zone for kids. Sunbeds with umbrellas (6 by the pool, 2 on the second floor) and 2 daybeds.

Living Areas: High-ceiling indoor living/dining area with two oversized sofas and ceiling fan (no air-conditioning including kitchen). Outdoor living space with poolside sala/dining and sunbeds.

Dining: A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa’s suggestion menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request. Indoor dining area can sit up to 12 persons; Outdoor dining area can sit up to 10 persons.

Kitchen: Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, stove top.

Entertainment: Smart TV; Apple TV; Satellite TV; CD/DVD Player; BOSE Sound system with outdoor speakers.

Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. Limited laundry facilities exist on site and charges are made per item. Outside services are also available for a small service charge and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Water Activities: 2 Kayaks and 2 Stand-Up paddle boards.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we have adapted our procedures to follow WHO guidelines and global best practices:

Cleanliness at the villa

Deep cleaning and sanitizing of villa prior to guest check in.

To further ensure your safety in line with international cleanliness standards, prior to check in we will professionally disinfect hard surface areas with a spray gun to ensure all areas are duly covered. A non-toxic, medical grade spray so you can be assured of a safe and clean stay.

Daily cleaning of common areas as well as bedrooms and bathrooms.

Your safety

Hand sanitizers are available in every villa. Face masks are provided upon check in.

Staff will wear masks, regularly wash their hands, and undergo daily temperature checks. Kitchen staff wear masks and gloves. Staff during cleaning will wear a mask, face visor and gloves.

Any guests showing signs of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath and muscle pain will be referred to the local hospital.

Social distancing

Our staff observe social distancing rules and will wear gloves when serving F&B.

Although they might be physically distant, be rest assured that we will still deliver the same warm service with a smile!

High season price (from Oct 1st to Oct 10th 2021, from Dec 13th to Dec 17th 2021): 41 000 baht / day (min 3 days)

Peak season price (from dec 18th 2021 to Jan 6th 2022): 95 000 baht / day (min 10 days)
