Standard Capacity: 18 adults (9 Bedrooms 9 Bathrooms + 2 Communal toilets).
Bedroom: The master bedroom has its own living room and grotto. The living room includes projector/screen with satellite box/channels, and DVD. HDMI connection is available by request.
Pool: 8m x 16m x 1.1m Infinity pool; Outdoor Jacuzzi up to 8 persons.
Living: There is air-condition and ceiling fan available in the main living room.
Kitchen: Two kitchens available at the villa. One is located in the living room and the main kitchen is located near the entrance. Oven for baking is available. Note: The coffee machine uses beans only (no capsules).
Dining: A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa’s suggestion menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request.
Entertainment: Private cinema room; Satellite, Smart TV & Apple TV (main living room); TV; DVD Player; Surround Sound system.
Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
Other Facilities: Private gym (includes dumbbells, cardio equipments, sound system - can connect to mobile phones via Bluetooth, TV); Universal Adapter; Charcoal Barbeque; CCTV.

EVENTS

If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party, which involves having exceeded the maximum number of guest allowed at each villa, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee with an extra USD 3,500 for security deposit and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event fee.
The villa can accommodate a maximum seating capacity of 80 guests or a standing capacity of 150 guests.
Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.
Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.
Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

FINE PRINT

Rates include WiFi and services by villa team including villa manager, housekeeper, and chef.
Luxury packages available with rates inclusive of welcome drink, WiFi, daily continental breakfast, and round trip airport transfer.

Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.
Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

No extra bed at this villa.
Baby cot provided free of charge upon request, and subject to availability. Advance booking is required.
Babysitting service may be available at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Minimum 4 hours in advance booking is required.
