•  Villa 2 is one of the three magnificent villas that make up the fabulous Estate located north of Chaweng in Koh Samui. Designed as a series of stunning pavilions that open up to a beautifully landscaped property and sea views beyond, you'll find plenty of chic living and outdoor spaces, a sleek high end kitchen complete with central island breakfast bar, a dining room that seats up to 26 guests, not one but two swimming pools, and seven modern and ultra-stylish guest rooms including one dormitory specially for children. Whether you're lounging poolside, reclining on a daybed watching your favourite move on the cinema screen, sipping cocktails by the huge beachside Jacuzzi, or dining al fresco to your personal chef's creations, there will be no doubt that this is the holiday villa of your dreams. • Villa 2 is one of three spectacular private villas that together make up the Estate. The estate is an appealing choice for weddings or other celebratory stays, as the villa can be rented along with its neighbouring residences for the ultimate private gathering. Villa 2 connects directly with Villa 3, which means groups have the option to rent the two villas as one expansive 11 bedroom property.
• Dorm: Dorm with 6 single beds or 2 single/a double bed [accommodates (i) up to 6 children up to 12 years old or (ii) 2 adults as a twin/double or (iii) 2 adults and 4 children as a family room].
• Beach Spa: 8 Thai-inspired double or single treatment Salas are located in different parts of the Garden (within the Estate), with each and every one of them offering an inspiring sea view. Spa menu available on request.
• Standard Capacity: 16 adults and 4 children. (7 Bedrooms + 1 Dorm 10 Bathrooms). Note: All rooms can accommodate extra bed if require, except Bedroom 6.
• Pool: 4m x 15.3m x 1.1m Infinity pool, 5.7m x 15.7m x 1.8m main pool and an oversized 3.8m x 7.4m x 1m Jacuzzi to fit 16 guests.
• Dining: A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa’s suggestion menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request.
• Living & Dining Areas: Open plan living room with oversized sofas, air conditioning & ceiling fan; Long dining table leading to the fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; Outdoor sala and dining table by the pool; Indoor dining area can sit up to 26 persons; Outdoor dining area can sit up to 14 persons.
• Kitchen Appliances: Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, BBQ, stove top, wine chiller.
• Entertainment: Sound system; Music/DVD Library; Table tennis; TV/Satellite TV; Portable Outdoor Projector
• Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
• Water Activities: 2 Kayaks and 1 Stand-up paddle board (shared within the Estate).
