This villa is one of the eight properties of a secured gated community. Five villas on the beach and there are 3 sea view villas (with three levels) at the back. The villas are laid-out in several different designs to ensure guests have the choice to optimize their comfort and fulfillment with some on the hillside offering stunning sea views, and others directly along the estate’s beachfront.

As one of the beachfront properties in an exclusive Residence located close to Koh Samui’s charming Fisherman’s Village, it offers a total of four bedrooms which can accommodate 8 guests for the perfect affordable luxury getaway. Spread across six separate pavilions lined up on either side of a central path, the contemporary Thai villa offers four well-appointed guest rooms dressed in white wooden beds, ornate cabinets and eclectic artworks, large en-suite bathrooms, a large open-plan dining, lounge, and modern kitchen area. Floor-to-ceiling glass door panels make the most of the villa’s immediate views, whilst the wide beachfront terrace promises many outdoor hours soaking up the sun.

The beach offers a glimpse into everyday Samui life, with a few fishermen’s boats passing through.

Pool Area: 4.7m x 12m x 1.8m Infinity pool with shallow zone for kids. Sunbeds with umbrellas. Outdoor living space with poolside sala.

Dining: Private Chef is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets). Indoor dining area can sit up to 8 persons. Spacious dining and kitchen with breakfast bar.

Kitchen: Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, stove top (electric & gas).

Entertainment: Smart TV (living room only), Satellite TV (living room only); DVD Player; iPod dock in living room; BOSE sound system with outdoor speakers. Open-plan indoor living area with sofa, air conditioning & ceiling fan.

Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes, there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Water Activities: 2 kayaks (1x double seat and 1x single seat) are available for guests to use. Please note that the kayaks are shared by all the villas within the estate.

Other Facilities: Wine fridge; Universal Adapter; Barbeque (only one barbeque set and shared with other Dhevatara Residence villas); A silent power generator unit is available on stand-by and housed away from the property; 24-hour gated security.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we have adapted our procedures to follow WHO guidelines and global best practices:

Cleanliness at the villa

Deep cleaning and sanitizing of villa prior to guest check in.

To further ensure your safety in line with international cleanliness standards, prior to check in we will professionally disinfect hard surface areas with a spray gun to ensure all areas are duly covered. A non-toxic, medical grade spray so you can be assured of a safe and clean stay.

Daily cleaning of common areas as well as bedrooms and bathrooms.

Your safety

Hand sanitizers are available in every villa. Face masks are provided upon check in.

Staff will wear masks, regularly wash their hands and undergo daily temperature checks. Kitchen staff wear masks and gloves. Staff during cleaning will wear a mask, face visor and gloves.

Any guests showing signs of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath and muscle pain will be referred to the local hospital.

Social distancing

Our staff observe social distancing rules and will wear gloves when serving F&B.

Although they might be physically distant, be rest assured that we will still deliver the same warm service with a smile!

Weddings & Events

If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.

Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.

Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.

Maximum of 20 guests (combination of seating and standing, including guests residing in the villa).

Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.

Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.

Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.

Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

Event guidelines and an accurate quotation are available on request.

Other charges may apply on request basis.

Rates include welcome drink, daily Continental breakfast, WiFi, services by villa team including villa manager, housekeeper, gardener & private chef and 1x return airport transfers.

Important: Daily Continental breakfast and airport transfers are not included for Hot Deal and Super Special Deal Promotion.

Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Airport Transfer Inclusion

Complimentary 1x return airport transfer (1 van only for each way, 7-10 person per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).

Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

Important: Airport transfers are not included for Hot Deal Promotion.

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person, inclusive of daily breakfast.

A baby cot and high chair is available for free upon request. Advance booking is required.

Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Babysitting service may be arranged at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Booking in advance with a minimum of 4 hours prior is required.
