• With a total of seven bedrooms including one dorm, Villa 3 can accommodate up to fourteen guests, making it a perfect addition to the magnificent Estate. Occupying a peaceful tropical hillside location that slopes gently onto a secluded beach, this stunning beach escape is set on four levels, and is connected by stepped pathways across beautiful Balinese-style landscaped grounds. Overlooking the island of Koh Matlang, this villa is not short on stupendous views, but it is the level of detail, luxury, wide-ranging facilities and sleek finishing that really take the cake. Boasting a large choice of private and communal space, you'll find water features to please the eyes, a shaded poolside sala, a garden dining pavilion, a resort-style kitchen, capacious living spaces which open out onto the elements thanks to folding glass doors and a sunken beachside spa complete with its own pool! We love the master suite which offers a walk-in closet, high ceilings, and a poolside terrace and private balcony, while children will have their fancies tickled with a dormitory room that can accommodate six to eight children for the perfect sleepover!
• Why book: The smiling staff take care of the details and with meals prepared to order by a private chef and a spacious dining room in which to gather for the feast, the urge to explore the menus at the restaurants in nearby Chaweng may quickly fade.

• The Villa 3 is one of three spectacular private villas . The estate is an appealing choice for weddings or other celebratory stays, as the villa can be rented along with its neighbouring residences for the ultimate private gathering. Sangsuri Villa 3 connects directly with villa 2 which means groups have the option to rent the two villas as one expansive 11 bedroom property.
• Dorm: Dorm with 6 single beds or 2 single/a double bed [accommodates (i) up to 6 children up to 12 years old or (ii) 2 adults as a twin/double or (iii) 2 adults and 4 children as a family room].
• Beach Spa: 8 Thai-inspired double or single treatment Salas are located in different parts of the Garden (within the Estate), with each and every one of them offering an inspiring sea view. Spa menu available on request.
• Standard Capacity: 14 adults and 4 children. (6 Bedrooms + 1 Dorm 9 Bathrooms). Note: All rooms can accommodate extra beds if require, except Bedroom 7. However, do note that it will be too tight to put extra beds in Bedroom 5 and Bedroom 6 as well. Plus, Bedroom 3 (master bedroom - interconnecting with bedroom 2 through stairs).
• Pool: 4.7m x 22.7m x 1.75m Infinity pool; 4.5m x 5.1m x 75cm Outdoor Jacuzzi for 10 persons; Indoor Jacuzzi in Master bedroom only.
• Dining: A delicious range of Thai cuisine from the villa’s suggestion menu, plus selected Western, Chinese, and grilled dishes, all prepared and served by the in-villa chef. Special dietary needs and children’s meals available on advance request.
• Living & Dining Areas: Open plan living room with oversized sofas, air conditioning & ceiling fan; Dining room facing a fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar; Outdoor sala and al fresco dining area; Indoor and outdoor dining area can sit up to 14 persons or depending on the number of the villa guests.
• Kitchen Appliances: Oven, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator, freezer, rice cooker, blender, juicer, toaster, BBQ, stove top.
• Entertainment: TV; Satellite TV; Sound system; Media room; Table tennis.
• Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.
• Water Activities: 2 Kayaks and 1 Stand-up paddle board (shared within the Estate).
• Other Facilities: Access to the communal Estate gym (located at Sangsuri Villa 1); Large lawn for badminton and other games; Back-up generator; Universal Adapter; Barbeque.
