With an enviable location on the Northern Coast of Samui Island, this villa is the ideal tropical sea view villa for a stylish getaway. Boasting four spacious and comfortable bedrooms, picturesque ocean views, a pristine, blue-tiled infinity-edged private swimming pool, and resplendent decor, you and your holiday entourage will want for nothing. While the hours away in the indoor living spaces, which are flooded with an abundance of natural light, potter about the open-plan kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances and the spacious dining room or spend the day in the sun next to the pool. However, you choose to relax, the bedrooms will beckon in the evening with their air-conditioning and plush beds, while whomever is lucky enough to get the master suite will enjoy a magnificent four-poster bed, a separate walk-in dressing area, and a sunken double bathtub with views over the sea.

This villa is one of the eight properties of a secured gated community. Five villas on the beach and there are 3 sea view villas (with three levels) at the back. The villas are laid-out in several different designs to ensure guests have the choice to optimize their comfort and fulfillment with some on the hillside offering stunning sea views, and others directly along the estate’s beachfront.

The beach offers a glimpse into everyday Samui life, with a few fishermen’s boats passing through. There is a pathway for guests to walk to the beach. This property is behind the beachfront villas.

Pool: 4.7m x 12m x 1.8m Infinity pool with shallow zone for kids.

Dining: Private chef (on request, advance booking is required and is subject to availability of chef) is experienced in Western, Chinese, Asian, Vegetarian and children's dishes. Special requests can be accommodated (including special diets).

Entertainment: TV+ DVD players (living room, master bedroom, bedroom 2 and bedroom 4); Satellite TV (living room only); Smart TV (living room only); Living room provides sound system which connect to indoor speakers.

Linen & Towels: Linen and towels are provided at the property. These are normally changed every three (3) days. If you require more frequent changes there may be extra charges. No laundry facilities on site, however laundry service is available with extra charges and must be paid at the time incurred or latest at the time of departure.

Water Activities: 2 kayaks (1x double seat and 1x single seat) are available for guests to use. Please note that these 2 kayaks are shared by all the villas within the estate.

Other Facilities: Universal Adapter; Barbeque (only one barbeque set and shared between all the villas at Dhevatara Residence); A silent power generator unit is available on stand-by and housed away from the property.

To ensure the safety and well-being of our guests and staff, we have adapted our procedures to follow WHO guidelines and global best practices:

Cleanliness at the villa

Deep cleaning and sanitizing of villa prior to guest check in.

To further ensure your safety in line with international cleanliness standards, prior to check in we will professionally disinfect hard surface areas with a spray gun to ensure all areas are duly covered. A non-toxic, medical grade spray so you can be assured of a safe and clean stay.

Daily cleaning of common areas as well as bedrooms and bathrooms.

Your safety

Hand sanitizers are available in every villa. Face masks are provided upon check in.

Staff will wear masks, regularly wash their hands and undergo daily temperature checks. Kitchen staff wear masks and gloves. Staff during cleaning will wear a mask, face visor and gloves.

Any guests showing signs of fever, dry cough, sore throat, shortness of breath and muscle pain will be referred to the local hospital.

Social distancing

Our staff observe social distancing rules and will wear gloves when serving F&B.

Although they might be physically distant, be rest assured that we will still deliver the same warm service with a smile!

Weddings & Events

If the guest is planning to hold an event, such as a wedding or party where any pre-planning is required, guest needs to pay USD 1,200 + 7% tax as an event fee and an optional USD 600 + 7% tax for pre/post-event day event fee.

Where number of guests exceed 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.

Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.

Maximum of 20 guests (combination of seating and standing, including guests residing in the villa).

Music and event curfew is until 12 midnight only.

Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and in the immediate surrounding areas of the villa i.e. beach.

Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.

Sky Lanterns are prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.

Event guidelines and an accurate quotation are available on request.

Other charges may apply on request basis.

Rates include welcome drink, daily Continental breakfast, WiFi, services by villa team including villa manager, housekeeper, gardener & private chef and 1x return airport transfers.

Important: Daily Continental breakfast and airport transfers are not included for Hot Deal and Super Special Deal Promotion.

Chef/In-Villa/Pre-Arrival Shopping Service

Chef or in-villa shopping service is available at THB 300 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Pre-arrival shopping service is available at THB 650 or 20% of grocery cost as handling fee, whichever is greater and subject to 7% VAT.

Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card with an additional surcharge up to 5%.

Airport Transfer Inclusion

Complimentary 1x return airport transfer (1 van only for each way, 7-10 person per van depending on the number of luggage and conditions apply).

Additional airport transfer service available upon request (charges apply).

Important: Airport transfers are not included for  Promotion.

Extra Bedding & Child Policy

Extra bed is available at USD 50++ per night per person, inclusive of daily breakfast.

A baby cot and high chair is available for free upon request. Advance booking is required.

Child under 2 years old can stay for free when sharing existing bedding with parents.

Babysitting service may be arranged at THB 350++ per hour and THB 450++ per hour after 8 pm. Booking in advance with a minimum of 4 hours prior is required.
